When treating a casualty for heat stroke, the priority is to cool them down as quickly as possible. Move them to a cool, shaded area and remove any excess clothing. Apply cool water to their body or use wet towels to lower their temperature. It is crucial to seek medical attention promptly, as heat stroke can be a medical emergency.
