The Mexican art is one of the most extensive in the world. From the well-known sugar skulls or calaveras to Oaxacan alebrijes, pottery art, colorful rebozos, Santa Clara del Cobre copper tableware, paper mache figurines and masks and many, many more. Each Mexican state - there are 31 of them - has a distinct and unique art, as well as a general "Mexican art" found throughout all of them.
