Military time in English speaking countries uses a day of 24 hours beginning at midnight - 2400 hours* - therefore 12 o'clock am (or midday) would be 1200 hours - 6am would be 0600 hours and 6pm, 1800 hours.
* Some services use the 24 hour period beginning at 0000 or 0001 hours to 2359 hours not recognizing 2400 hours, thus technically, providing the serviceman with 1 or 2 minutes free time.
what time is 13 oclock 20 o'clock- usually spoken as twenty hundred hours, is 8 PM. 13 o'clock would be 1 PM in military terms- or time to get your clock fixed!
There is no such time as 12 pm. There is either 12 noon (= 1200 hours) or 12 midnight (= 0000 hours).
12:50am.
it would be 1:45am.For military time to standard you just subtract 12 from the time and that is the time. But if it is less than 13(ex. 1245=12:45pm or 0913=9:13am) then that is the actual time.Futhermore hours less than 12 are am and 12 and up are pm
21:15 in military time is the same as 9:15pm in traditional time. To convert from military time, the hours up to 12 are the same as normal time, they are just all AM times. For anything above 12, subtract 12, but then count it as a PM time.

the #1 piston at top dead center and crank gear dot at 12 oclock, should the cam be timed with the cam gear on after the exhaust valve is closed or after the intake valve is closed ? If the cam gear is at 6 oclock and the crank gear is at 12 oclock, this means that the #1 piston is at top dead center and the exhaust valve just closed, does that mean the engine is in time and i can put the distributor in with roator pointing at #1 plug on the cap ? When I timed it the first time,I had the cam gear at 12 oclock and the crank at 12 oclock and the roator pointing at #1 plug meaning the intake valve just closed and the piston at top dead center but I cant get it to crank up but just turn over. Which timing is the corect way ?
