Very little (at least by today's standards) she was a slave that had been sold from one tribe to another until the French trapper Toussaint Charbonneau bought her and decided to make her his "wife".
She clearly had never been in a school or had any formal education. However she had the usual training of a teenage indian girl plus having lived with many tribes she had picked up their languages.

She gave help to Lewis and Clark and took them to her brother for help.
This is unknown as of now being as she was captured/adopted at a young age.
Sacajawea's son's name was Jean Baptiste Charbonneau
her 1st born (and son) was named Jean Baptiste, nicknamed "Pomp," and her 2nd born was named Lizette
Sacagawea and husband Charbonneau had two children, a son named Jean Baptiste and a daughter called Lisette.
Her mother died when hidasta indians attacked their tribe. Her father ,who was the cheaf, also died in the same attack. Sacajawea was taken captive in the attack.
Little is known about her family as she was taken away at an early age. Lewis & Clark never really got much information about her early history so much that happened before she worked with them was not written down.
