when he breaks down of weakness towards the end of the novel. He thinks he is going to die, but recovers and is sold again to a man called Farmer Thouroughgood. Then he is sold again to three ladies and his groom is Joe Green, the boy who worked for Squire Gordon all those years back. the story ends here but that's where i think the climax is since that was the most exciting part..

probably when he breaks down of weakness towards the end of the novel. Page 253. He thinks he is going to die, but recovers and is sold again to a man called Farmer Thouroughgood. Then he is sold again to three ladies and his groom is Joe Green, the boy who worked for Squire Gordon all those years back. That's when the story ends, but that's what I think about the climax anyways.

First, I recommend reading it.

The book ends when Black Beauty is sold to a household of three ladies, whose groom happened to be Joe Green, the former apprentice groom at Squire Gordon's who nearly killed Beauty.
