the series isn't over, dear. paolini probably won't finish it until 2010 or later. the 3rd (brisingr) came out earlier.

by the end of eldest, though (the second book), eragon is accepted by the elves as one of their own. arya is still friends, but refuses to let him love her. If you really want to know, read the books.

Eragon removes the sense of pain Elva feels when others around her feel pain although if she choses to she can share another person's pain to lessen it. She guards Nasuada because if Nasuada were to be killed Elva could sacrifice her own life by taking all the pain that would kill Nasuada. Elva can also get visions of the future. PS--- She's like 6 years old -_-

Well they win the war but at the end when eragon wakes up he realizes that hes crippled (long scar on his back). There are currently 3 books in the series. Chris Paolini is currently writing book 4.

Well. the legend of Eragon all began about the time when the dragons and the elves fought, a gruesome battle at most, until the elves attacked the nest of Broken Shells, that was the bloodiest part of the entire battle. Well soon after Eragon,a skinny warrior in the elf army, came across a white dragon egg. He kept it, the egg hatched and so was the first Dragon Rider. which left to the truce of the war, and the bond that began the Dragon Riders.

in book 1, eragon, the climax would be the major battle under farthen dur. During the climax, eragon kills durza and frees all the urgals, who then proceed to kill eachother, giving the varden a victory against galbatorix.
