they may start to withdraw , have a hard time concentrating and sitting with thoughts or thought patterns. memory lapses etc. they could affect the moods of others around them and may even begin to act strange. they may feel like they no longer recognize themselves causing more chaos and feelings of guilt. its important forthem not to feel put down communicate honestly and have support and doctors help along with medication. they could get worse without help if not. they can do this! and so can u! so remind them and continue to pray. their life and yours is worth it. im no doctor but believe me. i needed a doctors help and have been warned about not getting treatment and things escalated badd. im ready to walk a straight and narrow path and get the help i need. Crossing fingers for me and for anyone this might help:]

Can a person be emotionally unstable and be narcissistic?

Absolutely. Yes yes yes! One of the many horrible traits of narcissism is being emotionally unstable. The narcissist I knew very well would have horrible fits and tantrums over little things that a normal person who is emotionally stable could deal with. Narcissists are emotionally and mentally immature. I would always ask the N I hung out with when he did something stupid (which was a lot) how old are you 10? He freaked out over everything. Esp. if he didn't get his way. Not getting their way or getting what they want when they want it is usually what sets a narcissist off in the first place. So yes an emotionally unstable person could absolutely be a narcissist.
