Fact is sometime known to be true(at least on the bases of what it was measured on; such as a person finger may be three inches long when measured by a ruler)
Belief is something that is thought to be true, even though it may or may not be so. Such as saying that all cats are better then dogs.
A fact is based upon an objective reality like a belief that is based upon The Bible would be objective yet subjectively appropriated. A belief is subjective as an idea and most today base that belief subjectively upon their diverse church systems or a subjective feeling hence not an objective reality.
A fact is a thing KNOWN to be true or to have really happened. Facts can be ascertained through documentation or experimentation.
An idea is just a thought or an opinion or even a suggestion. It is possible that an idea could become a fact. Most facts are originally determined by someone having an idea and proving it to be true.
The difference between fact and statement is that a fact is something that is empirically true and can be supported by evidence while a statement is a belief that may or may not be backed up with some type of evidence.
A principle is in fact a set of beliefs, but it is a system that tends to be absolute, as a code of cunduct etc. A "belief" refers to more particular instances
difference between tally & fact ?
A hypothesis is a statement of fact or belief upon which further conclusions can be drawn. An inference is the meaning that I attribute to someone else's statement or action.
Doesn't have to be. Fact is something that can be tested and confirmed. A belief is a hunch, an idea, a theory. The existence of the Moon is a fact. The existence of angels is a belief.
In fact there is no main difference between them , just we have in interface
A fact most of the time is 100% correct and a opinion you can argue
Relevant evidence is evidence that has a tendency to make a fact more or less probable than it would be without the evidence. Material evidence is evidence that is related to an issue in the case and has the potential to affect the outcome of the case. Relevant evidence is broader in scope, while material evidence specifically pertains to the issues at hand in a case.
"Facing up to the fact" means acknowledging and accepting a truth or reality, even if it may be difficult or uncomfortable. It involves being honest with oneself and not avoiding or denying the truth of a situation.
A clue is a datum - a fact. A "theory" tries to tell you what the fact means.
in fact there is no diff.
Knowledge is information or understanding gained through experience, study, or observation. It is based on evidence and can be verified. Faith, on the other hand, is a belief in something without requiring evidence or proof. It is based on trust and confidence rather than empirical data.
