The final Apollo mission was Apollo 17 in December 1972. The remaining missions did not eventuate due to lack of funding and public interest.
That's impossible to answer because there were no fake moon landings. All the moon landings were real.
To do so would be a lie. The moon landings were not fake.
NASA is the only agency to have landed humans on the moon. Russia, however, has landed probes and rovers on the moon's surface.
NASA named them Apollo, I call them fake.
Nasa has posted refurbished footage of Apollo landings at http://www.youtube.com/reelnasa
There certainly is some misbelief that NASA faked the moon landings, however any real research done, in earnest, will turn up plentiful evidence that those claiming the landings were a hoax are gravely mistaken.
Because sending manned missions to the moon is very expensive and NASA has a limited budget.
They didn't. It is a well-known fact that the "moon landings" were faked. There is a plan for a real mission scheduled for 2025, when the technology exists. Source: computer programmer for NASA.
Yes they were. Since the Apollo missions, man has not yet set foot on the moon.
Because the moon landings were not faked. Believing the government/NASA faked the landings in order to decieve the American public and the USSR is the very definition of a Conspiracy Theory.
The Apollo moon hoax is a claim by misguided (or deliberately lying) individuals who claim to have evidence that NASA faked the 6 manned moon landing missions. The theory was first written about in 1974 by Bill Kaysing in his book We Never Went to the Moon: NASA's 30 Billion Dollar Swindle jumped in the fray from there. The facts, however, show that the moon landings were real. The evidence supporting the truth of the landings is voluminous. Anybody claiming the moon landings are fake have either been misled or are deliberately lying.
Unless it really is a cover-up by NASA that the moon is made of cheese, I don't think so. It may from past landings, but no natural food source.
