You mean the rocket at the Space Center in Mossdeep City? Alright, a lot of people say that when the scientist in the Space Center says, "This is successful launch number 100," you're taken to the moon to catch wild Jirachi (or Deoxys, I can't remember which). This is completely fake and untrue! I've watched some people put together videos on YouTube that show that you can go to the moon, but you can obviously tell it was a hack. Don't believe that stuff.
