In most areas, UPS delivers Monday through Friday. For special packages they will deliver on Saturday, but not in every area. They do not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays.

Fed Ex will delivery to virtually any address in the United States; however, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes as those are the sole domain of the US Postal Service. That said, there are options to use FedEx Smart Post which allows for Fed Ex to deliver from the supplier to the local recipient's post office and the USPS completes the delivery.
