i would probably say less than 70 degrees but just an estimate.... one day for practice the pool was less than 70... coldest water ever! practice had to be cancelled cuz the little ones were at risk for hypothermia
Please do not swim in cold water it is extremely dangerous in certain tempartures and can lead to hypothermia and eventually death please take my advice because i dont want any one getting hurt because of this extremely cold hazard
Under 50 degrees is dangerous since at those temperatures, your core body temperature can drop too low too quickly. This is called cold shock, which can cause a heart attack or unconsciousness which can lead to drowning. In the summer, having the water feel somewhat cool is refreshing, but care should still be taken for babies and adults with medical conditions.
It is a matter of personal preference. Your body temperature is 98.6 F. The lower the temperature of your pool water below that, the more heat it pulls from your body and the higher the likelihood of Hypothermia.
It is recommended that for children the temperature in a swimming pool be 82 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. For babies the recommended temperature should be 84 to 86 degrees.
Under 78 degrees would be too cold. The perfect temperature for leisure swimming would be 80 to 81 degrees.
cold
68 degrees
Same temperature as white labs, or all labs for that matter. General rule - If its too cold for you its too cold for your dog
See.FL generally has a very hot and humid climate. The water in which you want to swim may not be as cold as it in Summer but, you can always swim in indoor pools which due to the indoor temperature is not as cold as it is outside in the cold weather.Enjoy swimming!
Very cold compared to what? It is above the freezing point for water, it is a typical temperature for a winter afternoon in Portland, Oregon. It is extremely cold if you wanted to swim. A typical strong swimmer could not swim 50 yards in that temperature. It is rather warm if it is the temperature of Arctic waters and would lead to extensive sea ice melt.
There are a great number of temperatures that could be considered to be cold for water. Water under 70 degrees Fahrenheit is considered cold.
well i always find that it is best when i swim in cold waters as it makes me swim faster to warm up while if it is warm then i get tired quicker so i dont train/swim as well
Freezing cold temperature in the United States is at thirty-two degrees fahrenheit. This is the temperature at which water will begin to turn into ice.
Because, when you have been swimming, you have been in the water, and water is sometimes cold, so when the cold has entered your body, your body goes cold.
anything below 100 degrees Fahrenheit is considered a cold anything above is a fever
aves are endotherms because they produce their own body temperature
they can swim upside down in cold water to
