To my knowledge, never. There is no need to. If you wish to avoid bad language, there are channels who curse little to none. Examples include: SciShow, Tobuscus, Vsauce, VEVO, etc. It is all user based. If a user decides to curse, it's their right to. How do you avoid hearing it? The simple answer is - avoid their channel!
