I usually pull it from the head completely but usually end up masturbating with the skin over it...feels fantastic using only the skin to rub the head and my hand at the base of my penis. during sex: if wearing a condom, it is probably best to keep the foreskin away from the tip so that there is more stimulation to the most sensitive part of your penis. if not, my guess it would be best to leave the foreskin where it's at unless you can hold out orgasm very well since you are constantly rubbing against that tip. My best answer is: no foreskin on head when wearing a condom and foreskin over head when without wearing a condom.
