Helvetica is not a free font and it is not advisable to download it from unofficial sources for free. It is recommended to purchase a license or use alternative free fonts that are available legally.

The Helvetica font can be downloaded for free. You can get mostly anywhere on the internet. If you have Microsoft word they give you the font for free already.
If you have a Mac you already have a Helvetica font; it comes with the system. A Windows machine has Arial on it, which is almost exactly the same thing.
