Dependant on if you mean the face where the numbers sit, or the crystal, you can take the watch to any jewellery store that carries Citizen watches. Some stores may have a watchmaker who can replace the crystal for you, or the jewellery store can take care of sending the watch to Citizen to get the face or the crystal replaced.
Note that only the inner workings of the watch are covered by the 5-year warrenty.
