A fully functional utility double-barrel shotgun should sell between $150 and $250, depending on condition. Being a 16 gauge will increase the value a bit in some areas of the country and reduce it in other places.

If 80% of the shotgun appears to be in reasonable condition and there is no serial number printed on it, you could look to sell it for $20.

Your bolt action shotgun was made for Sears Roebuck by the High Standard Company, and is the HS Model 514.1400. Depending on condition, these sell for around $85 or so. They are durable reliable shotguns- just not a lot of collector appeal.
