you can try on-line for free on certain sites, however, the guys who buy old car magazines are going to be more of an impulse buy, or, individually, am issue will take somebody back to "when", or, maybe a tech article. Unless you have a lot of them, and/or an equal amount of free time on your hands, I would recommend following the un-written code of hot rodders. Pass them on to someone else. Promote the sport. They really aren't worth much anyway. Not like certain other magazines that have a much more "common" male subject matter. The "library" or "archives" days, I think, are pretty much over. My Dad has the biggest library of those things I have ever seen! And when it comes to a tech article, he can tell you which issue, and usually the general location of the article in the magazine, and what car they used as a model.......
You could try selling them as a lot on online platforms such as eBay or Etsy. Alternatively, consider reaching out to collectors or vintage magazine shops to see if they are interested in purchasing the collection. Be sure to provide detailed photos and descriptions to attract potential buyers.
