Why will there be no more new Danny Phantom episodes?
Apperently the reason why there will be no more Danny Phantom episodes is because good old Nickelodian has turned us fans down. 'Nick' doesn't want to pay for anymore Danny Phantom shows but if fans do something about this then the show might just continue. This can only happen if fans help.... They canceled Danny Phantom because Nickelodeon thought it wasn't good enough. They told the producers of Danny Phantom in the year 2006 and it ended on 2007 with Phantom Planet. I'm sad too :( But Phantom Planet was pretty hakin' awesome! ;D

What are Danny Phantom?
Danny Phantom started out to be the shy 14-year-old boy, Daniel "Danny" Fenton who basically has no real reason to live. He more than once took away his ghost power using some tool (varying). His only friends were Samantha "Sam" Manson, a goth and ultra recyclo-vegetarian, as she says it, with a love for nature, and Tucker Foley, a computer geek with an enormous appetite for meat. Danny was continued to be insulted and bullied by bully, Dash Baxter and also bully, Kwan. His crush was the popular and sassy, Paulina, who insulted him everytime he tried to talk to her. One day, Jack and Maddie Fenton (Danny's parents who were obsessed ghost hunters. Maddie is the smarter one) finished their "Ghost Portal" which was said to be a doorway to the "Ghost Zone." When Jack connected the plugs, he expected something to happen. Instead, a mere spark came from the portal. Upset, Jack and Maddie went somewhere. Danny wore one of his parents' jumpsuits for safety reasons and went inside the portal. He accidentley pressed the "on" button and since Danny was inside it, his human DNA was fused with ghost DNA. Therefore, turning him into a human-ghost hybrid. Naming himself Danny Phantom, Danny decides not to let anyone know he is half ghost and learns how to control his powers and even learn some new ones with the help of his friends, Frostbite, his older sister Jazz, other ghost allies and sometimes even his parents (Although they try to capture him) and other ghost hunter, Valerie Gray.
Will they make a live Danny Phantom movie?
Theres about a 50/50 chance....theres a live action Fairly Odd Parents Movie coming out, but I would say Danny Phantom would be a lot more promising and could probably come out as a trilogy. If Hollywood keeps lacking ideas (For real, theres a movie about how FACEBOOK was created....) I could see a Danny Phantom Live Action being made, if not Theatrical, a Nick T.V movie for sure. --- So far all of Nick's Live Action Movies have been epic fails, you wouldn't want there to be a Danny Phantom live action >.< BUT, I did hear Chilllettucefilms's were in the process of making one, the producer is uploading videos on youtube to see what fans want in the movie, you should check it out so the movie doesn't get destroyed.

Danny Phantom was canceled because it was losing popularity and because Nick needed to make room for new shows. You can still see Danny phantom regularly on Nicktoons Network.They canceled Danny Phantom because Nickelodeon thought it was a really bad show. Over 2 years, the producers decided that Danny Phantom didn't have enough viewers. In 2007, the movie "Phantom Planet" viewed and the series was canceled.:(I've actually read that the producer of Danny Phantom was overspending his budget, so they then had to cancel the show.Right after Nick renewed Butch for a two year contract he started overspending the budget. First he switched to a much more expensive form of animation that was costing almost double what the old animation cost.Then he started hiring voice actors without Nick's consent.Then when Reign Storm was put in production he over spent the budget by over 20,000 dollarsHe asked the executives for 2 million dollars for advertising Ultimate Enemy. They gave him the money on the grounds that it would take in over 5 million in the GBA game and Burger King toys. But after paying royalties to THQ and Burger King Nick only made under 50,000. Nick was getting fed up with DP costing so much so they said if BH got merchandising rights he could continue the show. He tried several companies, but word had got around of DP's marketing failure so they all turned him down.Nick couldn't get him out of his contract so they agreed to let him finish seasons 2 and 3. But they stopped airing episodes frequently and gave it little to no airtime unless there was money invested.And that is the reason Danny Phantom was cancelled.And if you are wondering why FOP was renewed, its because they use an incredibly cheap form of animation that costs less than 1/4th of what DP costs and FOP makes millions in merchandise.And Butch Hartman only worked on ONE Season 3 episode!!!!
