you can't. its not easy to find because even i have been trying to find it but i cant. the only other way to watch it is to actually buy it on eBay, BUT the DVD is only in region 1 and not playable in the UK. Or there's a game called tekken hybrid which you can buy here in the UK and is playable and on there you get 2 games on it and the film itself :)
