I am sure that there are a few museums that will have a combination of Raphael and Michelangelo's work but as an example, I'll say the Uffizi Museum in Florence.

Raphael and Michelangelo both painted famous frescoes in the Vatican. Raphael in the Stanze, Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel. But it is not really shared exhibition space.
There is no such famous painting. Raphael's School of Athens has Michelangelo in the middle, but no Leonardo.

In a way, yes. He was sort of the peak of Renaissance painting. On the other hand he died very young in 1520, so other painters (e.g. Michelangelo) painted later than Raphael.
