They are at the Aztec temple (5 o'clock, 1519 AD). In order to get them, you will need a warrior mask, which you can get from the old warrior at the third pyramid (far right). Once you have the mask, the guard (who would otherwise attack you) will give you the climbing goggles.
(You will keep the Warrior Mask as a special item.)

∙ 13y agoGo to the Aztec place and run to this guy on top of a building and he will give you a mask then go to that guy who keeps on hitting you, but instead he'll say "nice mask. Look at my mask."Then he will give you goggles.

Go to the far right and get a mask from an old warrior at the top of the third pyramid. Wear it and go to the guard who is wearing the goggles, and he will give them to you.
