Reliance provides 3G servies in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, MP/Chattisgarh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Bihar/Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam, North-East and J&K. Also they are planning to work out on partnership alliances with operators where they do not have 3G licence so that users get a seamless 3G experience when they roam.
