The Quran does not say apparently by any means that the camel knows the 100th name of Allah. The Quran says that the creation of the camel is a sign from God that reflects the all-knowing and the all-wise etc divine attributes of God. The Quran says do not marry non-believing woman who associate partners with God then it goes on to say that that applies to all non-believing women except for the people of the book (Jews and Christians).
