The Bible, as we have it today, is a collection of various texts from different sources, at least in human terms. While those texts were being written, the Bible did not exist yet. Hence, there can be no such statement in the Bible itself.

Any Biblical passage that talks about itself as the true word of God would only be making that claim for the specific section/book it is in, and you could really only take that statement on faith.

John 17:17.

2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is inspired of God, and beneficial for teaching....

Luke 8:20-21(NIV)

Someone told Jesus, “Your mother and brothersare standing outside, wanting to see you.”

He replied,“My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice.”

Matthew 15:5-6(NIV)

But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’

they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

Luke 11:27-28(NIV)

As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, “Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you.”

He replied,“Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

God's word is much more than the words in the Bible, he cannot be confined to words of a page. God's word is alive, it, or rather he, is the person of Jesus Christ; the incarnate word of God. Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him." (John 14:6,7)

How many times does is say we are gods?

The Bible doesn't say "we are gods" anywhere. Psalm 82 verse 6 says: I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. Here the rulers and judges of Israel are addressed by God as gods. Actually they are not divine, but because of their position as God's ministers, they are dignified with the name of gods. Their greatest distinction is that the word of God came to them, that is, they were officially ordained by God as higher powers concerned with government and justice.
