No. Genesis 3:17-19 might seem to imply that God punished Adam and Eve for their rebellion by putting the burden of work on them. When condemning those first humans, God said to Adam: "In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground." Was that a blanket condemnation of work?
No. Rather, because of Adam and Eve's unfaithfulness, extension of the Edenic Paradise would not happen then and there. The ground came under God's curse. Sweat and toil were required for a person to eke out a living from the soil. (Romans 8:20, 21)
The New International Version translates it that way... but the KJV says:
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." (Gen.3: 19)
Genesis 3:19 By the sweat of your face You will eat bread, Till you return to the ground, Because from it you were taken; For you are dust, And to dust you shall return."
See Genesis ch.3.
"No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the poor.' 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'It belongs to everyone.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... Rapture, a city where the artist would not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality, Where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with the sweat of your brow, Rapture can become your city as well." "Can you smell it? Andrew Ryan!"

If you are working, you might be sweating. If you sweat, you smell like it. Therefore, if someone says "you smell like you got work," they mean that you are hot and sweaty.
