Look next to the tank near the passenger side rear wheel. The filters is typically secured with a hose clamp, and the lines are quick disconnect EFI lines that can be removed (carefully!!!) from the filter by depressing the spring loaded button on the fuel line fittings and wiggling them off as you pull. Some fuel will splash out, so be sure to guard your face. When you install the new filter, be sure it is installed with the arrow pointing downstream towards the motor.
EFI Fuel filters are much more efficient than old style fuel filters, and should outlast the life of the car, so there is usually no need to change it.
