Drain valve is on bottom of radiator on passenger side. Valve at controls flow is directly above facing the engine. quite difficult to get to.
passanger side of the car on my 1998, it is made of plastic so becareful not to force it or it will snap off and you will be replacing your radiator
The radiator drain plug on a Chrysler Sebring is located on the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for coolant to be quickly drain from the system.

It is on the bottom pass side of the radiator. It is very difficult to access.

Shop vac. There are plugs in the rear wheel wells which need to be removed for the water to drain.
Usually removing the radiator drain plug or lower radiator hose. Make sure to have a drain pan large enough to hold the coolant. The thermostat is usually on the upper radiator hose, but shouldn't need replacing unless it is defective. Better yet, get yourself a Chilton service manual for the Sebring, they aren't expensive and well worth it.
There is an o ring on the plug that will need replaced.
To drain the radiator of a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker, you have to open the petcock on the radiator completely and drain the coolant into a container.
