The Air Conditioning relay switch in the 2004 Chrysler Sebring is located in the engine compartment fuse box on top of the battery. It is in the second row down and the second place on the left. There is a spare fuse just to the left of it that can be used to replace it in an emergency. The spare fuse should be replaced as soon as possible to prevent damage to the fuse box.

If the Chrysler Sebring won't start after going through a puddle, the problem is probably that the starter relay switch got wet. This is not a common thing but if the starter relay was bad to begin with, moisture will make the problem worse. The starter relay is located on the starter.
Not used. It is driven by the PCM
Its under back seat
