2003 Saturn vue 4 cylinder O2 Sensors: The oxygen sensor that is refered to as bank 1 sensor 1 is located on the drivers side of the exhaust manifold, you can see it if you look directly down from above the rear of the motor... looks like a spark plug with wires coming out of it... lol.
If you cannot use a wrench (usually 19mm). You need a special 02 sensor socket (parts store <-$20 ) to remove it. You might hav trouble seeing it at first because it's pointing towards drivers side, on the side. It is not where they usually are. Be sure to use a speck of anti-seize on the threads only. Do NOT TOUCH the part that faces in.
The oxygen sensor that is bank 1 - sensor 2 is located right after the converter. It is easy to find and replace. use 19mm wrench or sensor socket...
The 2003 Saturn camshaft sensor can be found on the back of the cylinder head. The camshaft sensor should be labeled as such.
The intake air temperature sensor for a 2003 Saturn Vue is on the engine block. It is mounted near the top on the driver's side.
The 03 Saturn Vue does not use a stand alone camshaft sensor. The system uses the ignition system as a sensor, tapping into the number one and four cylinder firing systems.
The V6 in the Saturn VUE is sideways (FWD) vs. the version used in the Cadillac Catera (RWD). On the Saturn, the crank sensor is mounted on the front side of the engine, sort of near where the trans mounts to the engine. Pretty easy to change.

The 2.2 liter - 4 cylinder - in a 2003 Saturn VUE must have a timing CHAIN because Gates ( they make timing belts etc. ) doesn't list a timing belt

According to the Gates website ( they make timing belts etc. ) the 3.0 liter - V6 engine in a 2003 Saturn Vue has a timing BELT
