One flasher will be bad. Turn on your other and listen for the relay to click. The other should be in the same vicinity, with Turn signal being closer to the entry point than the hazard, because hazard is not used that often and should* require less attention.
Knowing what body style would help too. There are many different sizes of ambulances. I couldn't find any E-450 info, but the F-450 info should be the same.

Have your Ford dealers parts department print out a picture of the flasher location for you. They will do this if you ask.

My flasher relay ( flasher if you will) is located in tne fuse panel on the front looking out at you. It is round.

i have a 1997 winnebago adventure and i found the flasher screwed to fire wall on the right side of steering wheel near the floor. it has three blades not five.

Access indicator flasher under instrument panel left of steering column. Remove screw retaining indicator flasher to instrument panel. Disconnect connector from indicator flasher and remove indicator flasher from vehical. I am also trying to find flasher on 1997 t bird. I hear it but cant find it- Help please
It is located on the left side under the dash; it is mounted behind the fuse panel.
On a lot of fords the emergency flasher relay flasher is located under the dash to the right of the steering column and sometimes they are far into the dash in that area.
The flasher relay and turn signal relay are located under the instrument panel near the steering column.
