The fuel pump relay is located in the trunk, on the driver's side. Look up near where the truck lid hinge is. The relay is attached to the sheet metal with either a plastic gromet or a sheet metal screw. The relay is a push together unit to the mounting. Either 4 or 5 wires. You'll see the Ford part numbers on the bottom of it. I just replaced mine for, $15.00 from Kragen. Didn't solve the lack of current to the fuel pump though. You must drop the tank to get at the fuel pump.
The fuel pump is mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
Blown fuse or defective fuel pump relay.
