Everywhere. Meteoroids are space rocks and dust, falling through space in orbit around the Sun under the influence of gravity.
There isn't any formal distinction between "meteoroid" and "asteroid", but in general if it's big enough to see in space before it strikes the Earth, it's an asteroid. If it's too small to see before it becomes a meteor while burning up in the atmosphere, it was a meteoroid.
The Earth is hit by many thousands of meteoroids every day, which vary in size from softball-sized down to dust. The "average" size is probably about the size of a grain of rice. Larger objects are less common; the meteor that exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia last year was probably about the size of a city bus, but there are only a few that size per decade. (Actually, they are so rare that it's difficult to calculate their probability of impact.)
The meteoroids are mostly found orbiting the Sun in the asteroid belt (they are small asteroids, up to 10 meters across).
The asteroid belt lies between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter.
between mars and Saturn
Dehydrated potato belt
Comets and meteors were formed, along with the rest of the solar system, about four and a half billion years ago.
Our Solar System
Meteors and dust from space
Planets Reflect light, they do not contain any light apart from internal heat sources.
The galaxy in which our solar system is located is called the Milky Way
the meteorites are part of the solar system because they are in the asteroid belt an the asteroid belt is in the solar system

stars, and meteors

The smallest objects - are meteors. Most of them are smaller than a Basketball.
Comets and asteroids. I don't think it's what the question is getting at, but there's a third possibility. There are small dust particles left over from the formation of the solar system. These cause a lot of "sporadic meteors", not the "showers" associated with particular comets.

Meteors, or asteroids, depending on their size.
pluto. and it is no longer part of our solar system. acctually, astuoids, or meteors.
