is there any visual video where i can see how change the thermostat on a tiburon 2003?
Have you traced the hoses back from the radiator? Normally, the hoses feed back to the thermostat housing. Should be held on with a couple of bolts. Once you have undone the housing, clean both mating faces thoroughly and apply a new gasket (or Hylomar liquid gasket). Be sure to follow the correct torque settings when you re-tighten the bolts, otherwise you could crack the housing.
