Usually, they have certain things you can get under certain jobs of the tier.
I was told last night by one of my mafia she's gotten it several times using the Museum job. So, try there. She had an extra and gifted it to me. I'm good to go! Thanks for trying though. (from pierssy)This answer is good I wanted a boxing ring for ages and used up loads of point on the job tier, but only on the jobs marked with a loot sign. I tried the museum job and on the fifth go got the boxing ring !!
