I recently (Nov 2008) purchased a GeForce 7600 (which supports pixel shader 3.0) 512mb AGP card for $120. Note: you can get pixel shader 3.0 cards for less by going to a card which has less video ram or whatnot, this particular card happened to have the right cost/benefit balance for my needs.
