None. An 'upward falling waterfall' is a contradiction in terms.

As the name indicates, waterfalls consists of water falling to a lower level. Water, nor any other object for that matter, can never 'fall upwards'.

If you have seen one nevertheless, it is most likely either an illusion or some kind of trick.
