What if you just bought term life insurance and a month later you die will the insurance company pay?
Actually, you don't buy insurance, you apply for insurance coverage. If the issuing insurance company believes that you have met all the conditions for the coverage, the policy will be issued to you. In some cases, when the policy is issued, the coverage may begin as of the date you signed th…e application, while in others it won't begin until the date they approve you for coverage. As to a suicide provision, most policies do carry a limit on the benefits that will be paid for the first few years, for example. (MORE)

There are a few reasonably ready ways to do this. First, if you know the proper name of the insurer, go to its website and there will likely be an article or notice to policyholders concerning the change of structure or ownership. You can also contact the insurance commissioner's office in the… capitol of your state. Assuming that the company does business in the state in which you live, there would need to have been regulatory filings made/approved. There is likely Division of Consumer Services from which the information is available. Alternatively, check through the Division of Insurer Services. Finally, you may be able to get the information from the website of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (See link below). (MORE)
How does one find a policy that was issued by Rio Grande NationalLife Ins. Company, Dallas, Texas also has Old Line Legal ReserveStock Company the policy was issued in 1959
As with any kind of insurance, the insurance company benefits by distributing risk according to statistical models, finding out how much it would cost them to pay out claims against all their insured clients, and then charging their clients more than their analysts tell them they will have to pay. …With life insurance you pay an annual premium that could be fixed, or could go up significantly the older, more sickly, or more likely to die you become (depending on your type of coverage). So if you are twenty years old and take out a 20 year term life insurance policy, the insurance company knows what the exact % chance is that a person who more or less fits your description will die in the next 20 years. They factor that out across all their customers, and then they charge their customers more than they expect to pay out. Insurance benefits unlucky people and insurance companies. Everyone else loses. It depends on various factors such as: 1) Type of life insurance. Is it term, whole life, or universal life? If term, the type of term, such as level term, declining term, or others. 2) The age of the insured 3) Family health history of the insured, and of the insured him/herself. 4) Whether… the insured smokes or not. 5) How often you want to pay $1000. Is it monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually? 6) With some companies, they use different rates based on gender. 7) The insurer, because rates differ between insurers. (MORE)

A live insurance company is a company that holds a "life insurance" policy on a person. The policy is taken out by a person and fees are paid. And, if for some reason the person's life ends, the policy is paid out to the beneficiaries as long as the death was not done on purpose.

Union or bundle insurances are offered by most of the insurance companies. Some examples include Allstate, American Family Insurance, Nationwide, Wells Fargo, and Wedgwood-Crane & Connolly.
Ordinarily the company that buys the insurer that issued (your) policy will assume all of the liabilities of the insurer that issued your policy. Doing so is normally a condition of the merger of the two insurers. The terms and conditions of your insurance policy should remain the same, although you… may be instructed to pay premiums to a different entity. State Departments of Insurance will require one or both companies to ensure that policyholders are advised of the transaction. It is therefore important that you read and understand all mail that comes from insurers, even if you do not immediately recognize the name of the insurer (because some may come from the acquiring insurer). You may also be notified of the acquisition from the State Department of Insurance, so be sure to read and to understand all mail from it. (MORE)
