Since it has been 75 years since the first Hunger Games, it's time for a quarter quell which only happens every 25 years. every quarter quell has a special catch to it. this year, the catch is that the boy and girl chosen from this years reaping has to be a previous hunger games victor. there is only one girl victor in district 12 and that is katniss. when haymitch is chosen for the male contestant, peeta jumps in with a hope to save katniss, the rebellion grows quickly. with so many twists and turns in this book's plot, you have to read it anyhow because The Hunger Games have a "problem" which cuts it short. this is a very well written sequel to an amazing book. hats off to you suzanne!
