He is Bubbles Childhood friend from when she was 6yrs old. He saved her from really mean bully's by standing up for himself but after they pinky sweared they would see each other at the park Cody got sick and he`s been in the hospital for 7 yrs (by the way he`s 15 and bubbles 13) He wanted to go out and play with the others but he couldn't because his illness was serious and he does not remember bubbles when they met again on episode 12 but he recognized her on episode 48. Bubbles saved him to.
