I would say nearsighted as people who are farsighted don't have to wear glasses all day long. I would say in the latest episodes though he is either wearing contacts or the eyesight problem was overlooked as hey presto the glasses disappeared. A bit like Teal'c, what was the whole idea behind giving him a full head of hair?

I love the stargate universe but when i start seeing the first Episode of SGU if find myself in the middle of the story . So which Episode From Atlantis and SG-1 i must see before star watching SGU?
well my advice is to just watch everything starting from stargate sg1 onto atlantis and then sgu. because it will give you the information you need and stargate sg1 and stargate atlantis are both a really good series, just like stargate universe. but its up to you. I dont really know what episodes you should watch but its great just watching from the start, just watching my first episodes of stargate sg1 made me become a stargate fan.
