This scam caller is well-documented on the web. They are called "Communications Direct" and operate from Swansea and Cardiff. They are also mentioned on other pages of this forum, using their Cardiff numbers - 02920368760, 02920822631, 02920822633 and 02920822637 - to make silent calls. Their technique is to pretend to be calling "on behalf of" Orange or T-Mobile or Vodafone, then convince you that they are genuine. Their registered address is 33 Heathfield, Swansea. SA1 6HD. There is some link to another company named "3G Direct Sales", though it is unclear exactly what the connection is.
