This was probably faked as is often done for TV commercials. A real motorcycle--manned by some celebrity--is propped up on a captive test stand. The motor is running at road speed on a sort of treadmill device. In the background, there are movies of moving pavement giving an illusion of motion, like an arcade machine in the pre-video era. I have seen this done with people who obviously could not, and did not, handle motorcycles in real life!
