Hera.
HERA WAS ZEUS'S QUEEN and wife but not the only wife. Metis was his other wife but not queen therefore he had Metis and Hera as his wife but Hera as queen. He put Hera as queen most likely because he was suppose to marry her down the line instead of marrying Metis. So he married her two. Take note that when he married Metis he was young.
