I don't think the Egyptian art is 2d. It seems 2d but its actually more 3d! I know this maybe hard to believe but try looking at the art as if its 3d and it has a vanishing point. Then you may see what I'm talking about, its pretty deep. being under the influence helps to prove this point and I'm trying not to encourage this but I'm being real. I'm wondering now why is there art 3d. Mushrooms or LSD will prove this point. I'm not trying to promote drug use though, check out the movie wonderwall and watch the beginning and they prove my point exactly.
