There are many reasons why you are up now. Maybe you did have to muc coffee, you ate to much before you went to bed or you have a sleeping problem. If this happens only now and then I wouldn´t think to much about it. If it´s more often you should go and see a doc.

∙ 13y agoIt probably has to do with sleep patterns and habit. Depending on when you go to bed and actually fall asleep, by 3:00am most of your deep sleep is over. Once your deep sleep is over your sleep is lighter until the morning when you wake.

As so many sages have taught, "the magic is within you." An herbal pillow, an embroidered prayer, or sprinkling salt in the corners of the bed room will also work to restore one's sleep, as long as one has faith in that solution.
