Well...i got thoughs b4 2 and it kind of scared me at first. But it's nothing to worry about. Your body is just ovulating. I'm not really sure what it is but you can do research on it. But it's 100% normal and nothing to worry about. I promise.
Early pregnancy symptoms are often the same as the symptoms you get before your period starts! ~pawsalmighty Last week, before my period was due, I had the lower abdominal pain... But my period never came....???? hmmmmm....
Perhaps it is simply gas pains
Some symptoms of ovarian cysts are lower abdominal pain, irregular menstrual periods, pressure and pain in the abdomen, and long term pelvic pain during menstrual period.
With an ectopic pregnany there will be severe pain on only one side of your lower abdominal. (where your fallopian tube is) Also there could be other symptoms such as fever, vomiting, nausua, and bleeding. But your period has cramping across your abdominal region and an ectopic pregnancy has SEVERE pain in one area, left or right side.
If you are pregnant, the period you miss you won't get at all. The abdominal tightness is probably just cramping from your period coming late.
Lower back Pains
Could be - take a test if your period doesn't arrive. It could just be PMS symptoms
take a pregnancy test
Back pain and abdominal pain are not symptoms of pregnancy. A missing period and positive pregnancy test are signs of pregnancy. See your primary care provider to find out what is causing symptoms severe enough to send you to the ER.
