In my opinion, Pit Bulls that are dangerous are to be blamed on their owners. Many of them are not raised as part of a loving family. Dogs chained outside that have little interaction, affection and love from their owners can get aggressive. (As with any breed that is neglected) Also, many Pits in the US are trained to be aggressive by irresponsible owners who just want a "tough" dog.
I have owned Pits all my life. My dogs have always been part of our family and we have never had a problem with aggression at all.

Since Pitbulls are commonly used in dogfights, this creates an animal that is psychologically damaged and can and will be a dangerous animal even when not fighting. This is why people seem to hate Pitbulls so much over other breeds of dogs.

They actually are registered as Pitbulls although it is RUMORED that these dogs have been mixed somewhere back in there line there is no concrete proof of this actually happening.
