Check the Wikipedia article on "Life"; a living being (or "life") is expected to have certain characteristics. The fact that something moves is not a requirement (plants generally don't move). Moving waves might have some characteristics of living beings (especially with some stretch of your imagination...) but certainly not all of them, not in a way that would be recognized by a serious biologist.
To be considered a living being, it must have several characteristics. The fact that it moves is only one of the characteristics of living beings, and not even an essential one: plants, and some animals, are rooted to the ground, and don't move, yet they are considered living beings.
waves are moving tides that a caused by wind, which the tides go bigger while moving
Yes, ocean waves assist the evaporation of water vapour into the atmosphere.
waves
They are constantly moving and act more like the ocean.
Only if the ocean stops moving. It's in the waves, man.
They slowly change the shoreline by moving sand.
Ripples are formed by a friction of moving air and water.
Ocean waves created by energy in the water are the waves that can be found in the ocean.
because it it wont make waves any moreor it i dont know
Buoys float on the water. Waves are water moving. The moving water moves the floating buoy.
Currents are a small source of water moving and waves are a bigger source of water moving. The waves are control (more or less made) by the wind where as the waves control and create the currents which is pretty strange. Currents are the one associated with the movement of water where as Waves carry only Energy i.e. NO mass transport
It does move, because of the ocean waves moving 24-7... It makes the red algae move.
