If the force is constant then this will make the velocity of the object spinning constant as well, and for the velocity to be constant all the forces must be balanced and therefore constant

What is velocity if the net force is 0?

If the net force on an object is zero, then velocity of the object is constant ... it moves in a straight line at a constant speed.

What is the net force acting on a car cruising at a constant velocity of 70 kmh on a level road?

If the velocity is constant (no acceleration), the net force is zero.

If a cart is observed moving at a constant velocity along a horizontal frictionless track is there a constant net force acting on it in the direction of motion?

No force is acting on it. Constant velocity means no acceleration, which means no force, from f=ma, no 'a' no force.

Why is it easier to determine the coefficient of kinetic friction if the object moves with a constant velocity?

if moving with constant velocity the only force to slow it down is kinetic friction; if it is accelerating velocity is not constant and an additional force is being applied.

Is it true that an object in motion at a constant velocity will change its motion only if a central force acts on it?

yes it is one of newtons laws of motion

What is the acceleration of of an object that moves at a constant velocity and it net force?

The acceleration of an object with constant velocity is zero. It's force will be Mv^2 where M is it's mass and v is it's velocity.

How can a boat move at constant velocity if its propeller provides a steady force to it?

Terminal velocity, where the driving force = drag force from the water

What is Motion without acceleration?

Such and object is said to be in equilibrium. No acceleration and no force.

When does centripetal force double?

Since a=Rω², when you double the radius, but hold the angular velocity constant, you double the force. Also when you increase the angular velocity or velocity by a factor of √2 and hold the radius constant.

How is constant velocity and equilibrium related?

Constant velocity gives zero acceleration, force is mass times acceleration, thus if acceleration is zero then force is zero and equilibrium is zero force. Equilibrium = zero force :0=f=ma=mdv/dt = m0 when velocity is constant dV/dt=0.

Is a balanced force moving?

A balanced force is either not moving or at a constant velocity

How can a boat move at constant velocity if it's propeller provides a steady force to it?

Terminal velocity, where the driving force = drag force from the water
